This is the second year that my family along with the Steucks (family friends) have gotten together to celebrate Oktober Fest. It's a great reason to get together and catch up. Plus both families have German background, we all like bratwurst, and almost all except for me like a good beer.

Here are some pics of our time together. I actually put Kyler's hair in pigtails for the first time. I had to wet her hair to get them up. And then on the way I glance back at her and she had taken them out. We put them back in again once we arrived. There are some cute pics of Kyler with her cousin Addison. Kyler is giving her a kiss in one of the pics, and Addison is grabbing Kyler's face in another. I'm excited to see how they get along once they get a little older.
