Kyler is at such a fun age. I know I'm very blessed by how much she can say, but I also realize how much I really need to watch my mouth since there is a little parrot with big ears around. One example is when we were spending time with some friends. Vern started picking on the wife for some reason, and I jokingly told her she could just slap him if she wanted to. Then I hear "slap'm...slap'm" out of Kyler's mouth, and think about how much I say that I don't necessarily want my daughter repeating.
We continue to go to Rhyme Time at our local library where they have songs, rhymes, a story, and most importantly at the end, BUBBLES. It's fun to see how Kyler is now starting to remember some of the songs and participate more. I try to remember some of the songs to sing at home too. There's one in particular "Row, Row, Row your boat..." that has a new ending "if you see an alligator don't forget to scream". So when get to that part she puts her hands on her cheeks and squeals. She looks like Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone. It's great.
